Refund & Cancellation Policy Crane Exam Solutions – Mobile Crane Operator Training & NCCCO Certification This refund and cancellation policy applies to all students enrolled in the 40-clock-hour Mobile Crane Operator Training & NCCCO Certification Program. Cancellation Before Training Begins Students who cancel their enrollment before the first scheduled day of instruction will receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees paid. Withdrawal After Training Begins Once training has begun, refunds are issued on a prorated basis based on the number of clock hours completed. 0–4 clock hours attended (up to 10%) – 90% refund 5–10 clock hours attended (more than 10% up to 25%) – 75% refund 11–20 clock hours attended (more than 25% up to 50%) – 50% refund More than 20 clock hours attended (over 50%) – No refund Clock hours are calculated based on actual attendance and rounded to the nearest full hour. NCCCO Examination Fees Tuition includes NCCCO written and practical examination fees. Examination fees are non-refundable once the exam has been scheduled or administered. No-Show Policy Students who fail to attend the program without formally withdrawing are considered no-shows and are subject to the refund policy based on clock hours elapsed. Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued within 30 days of the student’s written cancellation or withdrawal date. VA Education Benefits For students using VA education benefits, refunds are processed in accordance with VA regulations. Montgomery GI Bill (Chapter 30) benefits are paid directly to the veteran, and the veteran is responsible for payment to the training provider.
